Shipping policy

 

General Info

We handcraft each item with care, so your order will be packaged safely and thoughtfully. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days for all orders. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Self-Care Products (Candles, Wax Melts, Scrubs, etc.)

  • Processing: 1–3 business days for hand-poured and small-batch items.

  • Shipping: USPS First Class or Priority Mail (domestic). International shipping available at checkout.

  • Packaging: Each item is carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Wax melts may be packed with insulation if needed.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

    • USPS Priority: 1–3 business days

Note: Candles, wax melts, and scrubs may shift slightly in texture due to temperature changes — this is normal and does not affect quality.

Reptile Accessories (Custom Patches, Stickers, and Other Supplies)

  • Processing: 2-4  business days for all orders. (Customs can shift time back a little.) 

  • Shipping: USPS First Class or Priority Mail (domestic). International shipping is sadly not available at this time. 

  • Packaging: Items are packed flat or cushioned for safe delivery. Stickers and patches are durable and can withstand normal handling during shipping.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

    • USPS Priority: 1–3 business days

Combined Orders

If you order both self-care and reptile products, shipping will follow the longest processing time, and all items will ship together.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier, but we always provide tracking so you can follow your package.
